Pontnewydd Golf Club
Arguably the oldest golf club in Wales, the course was established in 1875, nearly 150 years ago. Our aim continues to be to provide quality, affordable golf to members and visitors in a safe and friendly environment. Officially classed as a 9 hole course, we have 11 different greens and additional tee boxes, meaning it is most often played as 18 holes. Whether you're a low or high handicapper, the course will test your ability. A small friendly Club, we offer a very warm welcome to all. Even if your golf is off on the day, you can still enjoy the on course views across the valley and Bristol Channel towards Ilfracombe, which are amazing.
